The old Robin Hood Inn has been in business since around 1800. It is a typically friendly and informal rural Yorkshire pub specialising in welcoming open fires, hand-pumped real ales, excellent value quality wines, and a wide range of speciality lagers and spirits that extend beyond the mundane.

They open 7 days a week from 12 noon until closing time and offer interesting freshly prepared home cooked meals in their small informal restaurant or else in the bar seating area from 12 noon until around 9 PM every day of the week.

They also feature occasional wine and sherry tasting evenings and Thursday evening music nights. The pub quiz night is on Wednesdays every week. The hosts is Phil, who is also the qualified chef in the kitchen.

The pub is 1.5 miles up from Mytholmroyd, on the B6138 main road running between Mytholmroyd and Blackstone Edge. Call in and enjoy the welcoming informal atmosphere, open fires, real ales and quality wines and spirits, plus the good variety of interesting food for which they are locally renowned.
